Depending on who writes, she is Patrícia, Pat, Paty or Patty. What she does is the same: she looks after other people's animals in their own homes, as if they were hers.
Her clients write about two things in almost every review — the animals loved her, and the house was spotless when they got back. Some go further: she dealt with admin on their behalf, let workmen in, did the laundry. One French client heard about her through her family; she travelled to France for two weeks to look after his dog.

Patty is incredible as a house sitter and pet sitter, she cared for our dogs like they were her own and they absolutely loved her. We were so scared to leave them as we've never left them before with a stranger whilst travelling but her communication daily was fantastic and the house was spotless when we got back. Thank you Pat!

She took such wonderful care of our Australian Shepherd, and we felt completely reassured the entire time.
